To enable Clarity Hospitality in Idealpos, follow the below steps:
Clarity Hospitality is a licensed module, therefore, it needs to be enabled in the Idealpos Licence Gateway (Back Office > Setup > Licence Gateway).
The Clarity Hospitality module must appear on each POS Terminal that this module will be utilised.
If Clarity Hospitality doesn't appear under the Options column for each of the POS Terminals that require this module, please contact Idealpos or your Reseller.
Configure the Clarity Hospitality Room Interface by going to:
Back Office > Setup > Global Options > Interfaces > Rooms.
In the Interface Type dropdown box, select Clarity Hospitality.
Output from POS# - This is typically the master POS terminal that will be used for outputting data to the Room Interface.
Network Path - Enter the Network Path to the Room Interface Software.
Configure the settings as required.
You may need to consult with Clarity Hospitality to enable any other required settings in their interface.
